Network Programs (NPI) was founded in 1993, as an R&D focused entity providing software solutions and services in the area of telecommunications, networking, broadband switching and E-business. Network Programs has an off shore software development center which also provides maintenance services.
We offer high quality, cost effective software solutions to address the needs of global corporations in the information technology industry and have been awarded the SEI-CMM level 5 (audited by KPMG) for mature software development processes and efficient management practices.
Apart from providing trans-continental project execution and software R&D services to blue chip clients, NPI has developed a range of products. NetRelations is based on contact technology and provides efficient, cost effective, customer interaction platforms.
NetPacer allows ISPs and corporates to manage bandwidth and prioritise usage, resulting in cost savings of about 30% in a congested IP network.
Network Programs also rolled out a systems integration and workflow-based platform called NetFlow for Business Process Outsourcing. Recently, the Company formed an alliance with Aspect Communications Corporation, USA to resell and support the Aspect Contact server platform and its applications in India.
